1. FINE ART PRINTS AND POP ART PRINTS – CANADA

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for Canada! That’s right, FREE SHIPPING regardless of the quantity or size of your order. However, a rural delivery surcharge of $25 will be applied to remote addresses, due to the higher costs of delivering to rural areas. You will be notified if this applies to your shipment once your postal code is entered, and applies in every case for Nunavut, NWT, and the Yukon.

Where do you ship in Canada?
We ship anywhere in Canada and all shipping takes place through FedEx.

How long does it take you to produce a print?
We take about 2-5 business days to create Fine Art Prints and about 2-3 business days to create Pop Art Prints. In average 95.44% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. If we have a big rush of orders, it can take longer than the times listed. Please take note that each print is a unique piece of art that needs to be produced with love and care.

How long will it take until my package arrives?
Shipment time varies depending on your location in Canada. Our printshop is located in Toronto, so your shipping time will increase the further you are from our location. Below you will find the “ESTIMATED” Fedex shipping times for select locations. The delivery times are accurate for the majority of cities and towns. For remote locations in any province, up to 10 additional days may be required.

The actual delivery date for your order will be determined when we mail your package. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code when your package is shipped so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment either online or by telephone. Please use the image below as a reference.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA for all prints.

Where do you ship in the USA?
We ship anywhere in the USA and all shipping takes place through FedEx.

How long does it take you to produce a print?
We take about 2-4 business days to create Fine Art Prints and about 2-3 business days to create Pop Art Prints. In average 97.22% of our orders are shipped within 4 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. If we have a big rush of orders, it can take longer than the times listed. Please take note that each print is a unique piece of art that needs to be produced with love and care.

How long will it take until my package arrives?
Shipment time varies depending on your location in the country. Our printshop is located in Toronto, so your shipping time will increase the further you are from our location.

3. FINE ART AND POP ART PRINTS – EUROPE

How much does shipping cost?
We are offering free shipping for most of the Europe. For Cyprus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Malta the flat shipping rate is 10 eur, and for Armenia, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican and Greenland the flat shipping rate is 15 eur.

How long does it take you to produce a print?
We take about 2-5 business days to create Fine Art Prints and about 2-4 business days to create Pop Art Prints. In average 91.62% of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. If we have a big rush of orders, it can take longer than the times listed. Shipment time varies depending on your location. Our printshop is located in Zagreb, Croatia, so your shipping time will increase the further you are from our location.

4. T-SHIRTS SHIPPING

Do you ship T-shirts from the same place as your prints?
T-shirts are being produced and shipped from California, US while the prints are being produced and shipped from Toronto, CA. In case you order prints and t-shirts at the same time, you will receive two separate shipments which may arrive at different times.

How much does shipping cost?

CANADA – we offer a flat rate of 8$ for ground shipping of t-shirts. Although shipping of all prints is free, in case you order a t-shirt and a print at the same time, a flat rate of 8$ will be charged for shipping your combined order.

Express shipping of combined orders (tshirts+prints) takes into account different shipping base, and the shipping is charged as shipping from California (t-shirts) + shipping from Toronto (prints).

USA – we offer FREE ground SHIPPING for both prints and t-shirts. Ground shipping of combined orders (tshirts+prints) takes into account different shipping base, and the items are shipped: from California (t-shirts) & Toronto (prints).

EUROPE – we offer a flat rate of 15$ for ground shipping. Ground shipping of combined orders (tshirts+prints) takes into account different shipping base, and the shipping is charged as shipping from California (t-shirts) + shipping from Zagreb (prints).

How long will it take until my package arrives?
CANADA – 5-10 business days after fulfilment (Fedex Ground)
USA – 3-8 business days after fulfilment (Fedex Ground)
EUROPE – 5-12 business days after fulfilment (Fedex Ground)

5. FAQ

I need my package urgently, can you ship overnight?
Yes, we can ship your package overnight using Fedex Priority Express. This is overnight to all major centers, cities and towns and two days to all remote locations (weekends excluded). Just choose Express Shipping in the shipping section of the checkout process. Please Note: This does not mean we can produce and ship your order the same day. Our normal production times still apply. The shipping will be “Express Shipping” from the day we ship your package. Express shipping is available only for prints in Canada, through Fedex Express Priority Overnight service.

What if I receive a damaged print?
All orders are packaged with our time-tested, super-tough packaging materials. Less than 1% of our packages are damaged. However, all of our shipments are fully insured, so should any damage occur during shipment, you are completely covered.

How is the sales tax calculated?
All orders shipped to addresses in Québec will be taxed at a rate of 9.5%. Customers in other states are responsible for complying with their local state tax laws.

Do you handle duty and import fees?
Customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees as we are unable to calculate how much these fees are, if applicable. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. Please note that your customs agency may notify you that they are holding your package if duty is due. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. We are not able to mark items as “gift”.

I’ve entered incorrect shipping address! What should I do?
When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct because if your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, an additional flat shipping and handling rate of $25 will apply for Canadian orders, and $40 for international orders. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please alert us at support@HumansOfAnimals.com within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can update your order with the correct address.

What do I do in case my order has been returned by the shipper?
If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to failed attempts by your postal carrier or customs office to contact you or you disregarding postal or customs notices to pick up your package, an additional flat shipping and handling rate of $25 will apply for Canadian orders, and $40 for international orders.

What if my order gets lost in mail?
If you think your order is lost in the mail, please review our estimated delivery times and check delivery status using the tracking information that was emailed to you. If you believe there is an issue, please contact support@humansofanimals.com and include your order number and “Lost in Mail” in the subject line. If we determine that your order is lost and that it has not been delivered to the address you provided, we will replace your order.

When placing an order, please review your shipping address to be sure it’s correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are incorrectly delivered because of an incorrect address entered at the time the order was placed. If an incorrect shipping address is entered into our system and the order is returned to us, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, failed attempts by your postal carrier or customs office to contact you or you disregarding postal or customs notices to pick up your package, an additional flat shipping and handling rate of $20 will apply for U.S. orders, and $45 for international orders.
